Throughout Latitude 2011 Culture Works East offered young people a fantastic opportunity to get insider info that no book could teach, with our “Latitude Young Reviewer” master classes. Young people where given an insight into exciting creative careers and a chance to pick the brains of top professionals. In our music journalism master class participants worked with Work with music journalist Wendy Roby to find out what it’s like to plan and interview a band for TV. Then one young person got the chance to interview band Everything Everything backstage. Nice!

The NOISEfestival.com charity’s alternative creative careers fair at Manchester Town Hall. With exclusive one-to-one portfolio reviews with Zaha Hadid Architects, MTV, The Independent, Badly Drawn Boy, Stella Vine….. Plus debates and discussions with Mr Scruff, Babycakes, Amelia’s Magazine and live urban performances, complete with a creative campsite expo space! What an exciting few days! www.NOISEfestival.com

NY Creative Interns is dedicated to enabling college students and recent grads to find internships, mentors, and inspiration through networking and meetups. In addition, we are a resource for companies and organizations, helping to alleviate the interview process by creating cool, unique atmospheres for creatives to interact and connect.
