It looks to me that part of what makes it safer is that it also makes it change direction which minimizes the thrust against the car. Hope they figure how to do this on other designs, but the simplest thing is to have wifi corridors on Interstates, have cameras and computers on cars and let them take over so there are no crashes. Too bad insurance companies have to make money or we could spend that money to build cars that would never crash.

@wontonwhoibe actually, gaurding also gains you points to go up in job lvls so it actually works pretty well. i used it to level up my lvl 10 knight to lvl 25 by going to that exact place and just gaurding a lot.

Most of the items offered in the shop depend on one thing: number of battles fought. Running away counts as fighting a battle too, so forfeiting random battles is the way to go if you want the shops to sell some of the better stuff from the start.

Just unlocking/hiring a job changes nothing in the shop, I believe.

@xymjx A-abilitys are abilitys that you get when you equip a weapon. example: shortsword gives the A-ability First aid. your charachter has to master that and one other warrior ability, in order for him to be able to become either a fighter or a paladin. some jobs require unique combinations, but just master two to three A abilitys for each class, will unlock stuff, like ninja, hunter, etc. Abilitys that you gain from equipping clothes, and shields, are in a seperate categorie called S or R Abil

@DarkLinktri flank basicaly means teams. In military terms you could have to teams, say charlie and delta, those two teams could do a flanking menouver. Charlie team could provide covering fire for delta team as delta run up on the enemy on one side and vice versa.

missing a lot of info here. like how not all jobs get the same jp per turn. for example scholars get more per turn than any class. after level 20 every class suffers reduced jp gain, so guarding 5 times can turn into guarding 7-9 times per battle. also there is a hidden “jp tank” that can store up to 199 jp. so you can accumlate 199 jp in one battle, and level up job once. then, at the next battle just kill and you will level up the job again

@ShadowXSky Dunno if anyone has helped you yet, but you should get the item. I have the game on my iPad and once I got my Geomancer to job level 99, I visited the legendary smith and received the Blessed Bell. You may need to visit her as the character that is level 99, but I’m not sure.

If you have 6 or more units, the missions get interrupted, so you’ll have to fire until you have 5 or less and make them coming again by entering a battle.
